We offer an effective interface compound (thermal grease) for use in thermoelectric subassemblies or other similar applications involving heat transfer.  We selected this product after evaluating a range of interface compositions. We use this product in all our standard thermoelectric chillers.  The composition consists of a non-silicone based matrix with a significant volume fraction of a very fine and uniformly distributed conductive (particle) phase.  The compound is soft, compliant and applies easily by standard application techniques yielding a consistent interface.  The fine particle phase ensures conductive fill in even the smallest surface asperities, resulting in a thin, uniform and stable conductive interface layer.   This product is offered in 1 ounce syringes.
